Macrobiotic dessert

In macrobiotics, we make dessert with several kinds of millets such as “awa” or “kibi.”
Healthy and refreshing dessert with natural sweetness free from white sugar, butter and other dairy products. Why not make amazing sweets with miso or soy sauce, cakes with cream made from sesame seeds or “tofu”, and coffee jelly without coffee? The menu differs according to the seasons.
